Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (UEPLAC) Phase V

 EU funded project is seeking to recruit

Ukrainian junior expert

The successful candidate would have:

  • University degree in law/ international relations/ economics from an acknowledged institution;
  • at least 3 years’ professional experience
  • strong background in the EU law and the legal approximation matters;
  • very good knowledge of the Ukrainian legal system;
  • working experience in/ with the Ukrainian State institutions would be an asset;
  • previous working in the EU funded projects would also be an asset;
  • ability to draft legal texts in Ukrainian and English;
  • excellent command of written and spoken English in addition to proficiency in Ukrainian;
  • higher academic training and/or practical experience in the EU member states would be an asset;
  • discretion and sense of responsibility;
  • ability to work in international team and under pressure.

UEPLAC is funded by the European Union and implemented by the UPMF, PAI, FIIAPP, Louis Berger SAS, KLC and HRTA consortium. The project will continue until mid-July 2011.
