UEPLAC Team Leader took part in the meeting of the VRU Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy

On 25 September 2008, Dr Jolanta Taczynska, UEPLAC Team Leader, took part in the meeting of the VRU Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy. The meeting was aimed at discussing the series draft laws on taxation matters, namely:

• the draft law of Ukraine “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on taxation of agriculture commodity producers”(Registration No 3024);
• the draft law of Ukraine “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine ”(Registration No 2778);
• the draft law of Ukraine “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on taxation of separate types of profits ”(Registration No 2623);
• the draft law of Ukraine on amendments to the Law of Ukraine :On Sate Regulation of Production and Circulation of Ethyl Spirits, Cognac and Fruit Spirits, Alcohol Drinks and Tobacco Goods (on establishing the territorial limitation of production of beer and Alcohol Drinks) (registration No 2735).
