UEPLAC Leadership took part in the Second Conference for the Black Sea Region Countries on Twinning Operations

On 25-26 September2008, the UEPLAC leadership took part in the Second Conference for the Black Sea Region Countries on Twinning Operations organised be the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, the Twinning Programme Administration Office of Ukraine as well as the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine. The conference focused on strengthening professional community of civil servants of the Black Sea region to exchange experience, best practices and lessons learnt in the field of administrative and institutional reform through the application of institution building instruments.
