On 13 October 2008, Mr Igor Gutsulyak, UEPLAC Principle Legal Assistant took part in the national seminar “Policy in the sphere of Labour Migration. National Legislation and International Standards, Foreign practice” organised by the VRU Committee of Social Policy and Labour, the Institute of Legislation, VRU jointly in co-operation with International Labour Organisation Programme of Elimination of Human Trafficking from Ukraine.
