UEPLAC participated in the round table on Civil Service and Civil Society in the Democratic state: political impartiality and implementation of public interest

On 22 January 2009, Dr Jolanta Taczynska, UEPLAC Team Leader took part in the round table on Civil Service and Civil Society in the Democratic state: political impartiality and implementation of public interest that was organised by the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, Centre named after Razumkov and International Renaissance Foundation
