UEPLAC V Team Leader on Twinning strategic dimension in legal approximation

Dr Jolanta TACZYNSKA took part in the Third Annual Conference on Twinning Operations. Delivering her speech, Dr TACZYNSKA illuminated Twinning strategic dimension in the light of legal approximation work.

Twinning was presented as a comprehensive and well-settled tool in the Ukraine’s context, which provided intellectual support to Ukraine and led to enhancing of its administrative capacity.
