UEPLAC experts consider being involved in the development of EU-related capacities within the civil service of Ukraine

Further to the request of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine, UEPLAC considers supporting the development of EU-related capacities within the civil service of Ukraine.

Given that the efficiency assessment of the State Targeted Programme for Training, Re-training and Advance Training of European integration experts in 2008 and 2009 is among the UEPLAC tasks, UEPLAC experts Dr. Bernhard Schloer and Mr. Eduard Zakharchenko participated in the seminar on the above programme implementation.

This seminar, held on 26 November in Khmelnytsky, gathered representatives of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine, the School of Senior Civil Service, its local centre of advance training, as well as the local state and self-government authorities.
